Learn how to use Pebble to create and share amazing travel routes

🚀 Getting Started

Creating Your Account

  1. Download Pebble from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Tap "Sign Up" and enter your email address
  3. Create a secure password
  4. Verify your email by clicking the link we send you
  5. Complete your profile with a display name and avatar

Your First Route

  1. Tap the + button on the My Routes tab
  2. Give your route a title and description
  3. Add stations by tapping "Add Station"
  4. Search for locations or tap on the map to set each stop
  5. Choose transport type between stations (car, transit, walking)
  6. Save your route!

Tip: For transit routes, Pebble shows multiple options with departure times and line information!

👥 Sharing & Social Features

Making Routes Public

Public routes appear in the Explore tab for everyone to discover. Toggle "Public" when creating or editing a route.

Connecting with Friends

  1. Go to Profile → Connections
  2. Search for users by name
  3. Send a connection request
  4. Once accepted, you can share private routes directly with them

Sharing Routes

Open any route you've created and tap the Share button to:

Using Turn-by-Turn Navigation

  1. Open a route you want to follow
  2. Tap "Start Navigation"
  3. Allow location access when prompted
  4. Follow the on-screen directions to each station

The navigation screen shows your current location, the route path, distance to the next station, and estimated arrival time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Go to your device's Settings → Subscriptions and cancel from there. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I use Pebble offline?
Route information is stored locally, but navigation and map features require an internet connection.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data.
Why can't I see my route on the Explore tab?
Make sure your route is set to "Public". Private routes only appear in your My Routes tab.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any route or review and select "Report". Our moderation team will review it.
