Subscription Refunds
Pebble Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective platform:
Apple App Store Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:
- Refunds are handled directly by Apple
- You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com
- Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours
- Refunds are generally granted for accidental purchases or if the app does not work as described
Google Play Store Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play:
- You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play
- After 48 hours, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Visit Google Play Help to request a refund
Free Trial: If you cancel during a free trial period (if offered), you will not be charged.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pebble Premium subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
How to Cancel
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Pebble → Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Pebble → Cancel
Exceptions
We may offer refunds at our discretion for:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the app
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized purchases
