By accessing or using the Pebble mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Pebble is a travel route sharing application that allows users to:
- Create and save travel routes with multiple stations
- Share routes with other users
- Rate and review routes and stations
- Connect with other travelers
- Navigate using turn-by-turn directions
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Updating your information to keep it current
4. Subscription Plans
Pebble offers two usage options:
- Free Plan: Access to all features with advertisements displayed within the App
- Premium Plan ($2.99/month): Ad-free experience with priority support
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Pebble a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You agree not to post content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
- Includes false or misleading information
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of route information or navigation directions. Always exercise caution when traveling.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pebble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
